About Us
Being of service and supporting others has always come naturally to me, and I’ve always known that this is my purpose: to support and help others reach their full potential, overcome all that plagues them, and return to a state of balance and harmony within themselves, such that it reflects in all their experiences.

In 2013, I was offered an opportunity to join the Love and Grow Mentorship team as a Director, providing mentoring services to help the youth achieve their social, educational and spiritual goals.
Completing my coach training with the Creative Consciousness Academy was nothing less than divinely orchestrated. I resonated with the training material and session work that Mark Steinberg, the founder of the Academy, so meticulously and carefully engineered—a coach training program that truly does support one in breaking through and breaking free.
Conscious Xpansion is all about expanding one’s awareness of what is, in order to transform it into that which helps them break through and break free from any and all limitations.
The “X” in Xpansion is all about saying no to self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and debilitating language and behaviors. Nothing leaves me feeling more satisfied than when a client leaves a session feeling they’ve learned something new about themselves and having a tool to help them navigate life—be it a new listening for themselves or others or being a creator and choosing to act in order to shift their circumstances.
I am Harishnee, and as your coach, I assure you that together we will climb those mountains, and our journey together, though rough and challenging, will end with us reaching the summit.
